At Bright Speech LA, we provide a comprehensive range of speech and language services for children and young adults. Our Speech Pathologists are neurodiverse affirming and passionate about working with our clients to reach their full potential. We are committed to providing an environment that is safe and supportive. We specialize in providing in home or at school therapy, and use play based activities to make learning fun and engaging. We believe that every child has unique needs, and we strive to create personalized plans that will help them reach their goals.

Sarah Halpern M.S., CCC-SLP is the owner of Bright Speech LA. She is a licensed and board certified speech-language pathologist with over 20 years of experience in the field. Sarah provides a comprehensive approach to therapy and assessment that is tailored to each individual's needs. She has worked in a variety of settings including: schools and preschools, clinics, in-home, daycares, private practice offices and via telepractice.
As a Myofunctional Therapy Trained Speech Pathologist, she guides individuals through targeted exercises and interventions to correct challenges like tongue thrust, articulation errors and mouth breathing. This therapy not only enhances facial aesthetics but also contributes to improved oral posture and supports overall health. Through personalized and evidence-based interventions, individuals can experience lasting improvements in both form and function. As a practitioner dedicated to this transformative approach, Sarah aims to help individuals discover the harmonious balance between their oral health and overall well-being.

Patricia Pangan, M.S., CCC-SLP is a pediatric speech-language pathologist passionate about helping children find their voice and thrive in communication. With a master’s degree in speech-language pathology and years of hands-on experience in a school setting, she brings expertise, patience, and creativity to every therapy session. Patty specializes in supporting children with speech sound disorders, language delays, and social communication challenges, tailoring her approach to each child’s unique strengths and needs. She is also well trained and versed in fluency therapy, autism spectrum disorders (ASD), and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Known for her collaborative spirit, she partners closely with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure progress extends beyond the therapy room.
